Oil Pressure

Just curious. What is the recommended oil pressure for a 350?
Mine seems to be a tad lower here within the last few days and I'm trying to figure out what is wrong

my truck has 90k on it and at idle its anywhere between 35 to 40 psi and driving its right around 60 psi

Exactly, the rule is 10 psi per 1000 rpm. Idle is under 1000 so your fine

My 5.0L has 155k on it, it has about 18 at idle then jumps to 40 or higher when driving.

check your oil although 18 should be fine
