Oil filter adapter

Anybody have a suggestion or know what oil filter adapter that I need to get these plugs angled differently? I would like to actually be able to get my oil cooler lines on here at some point since I just replaced the transmission lines and radiator? There's not nearly enough clearance to squeeze one on this 1992 K1500 5.7L

This would be a candidate for a remote oil filter setup.........

First Guess: Same casting, but machined and fitted for the cooler hoses--not "blank" like the one you have.

Yeah, I thought about that, but I looked everywhere and only found 4 on ebay between $80 and $170. 2 that were the same and 2 machined. So I decided to go with alpinecrick's suggestion. I wanted the dual filter setup, but wasn't willing to pay double the price just to add an extra filter.
