Figured out the problem after following the trouble shooting tree. Ecm ground wire was disconnected from the stud on the thermostat housing ... Put the nut back on, SES light came on with KOEO, and she primed and fired up. I guess that’s what I get for having the truck sit for 10 years in various stages of disassembly
