Sorry for the slow reply, bud.
Some of them were bulbs I kept from my old ZR-2. The rest I believe I bought off eBay. Problem is with eBay LED's that they often go bad quickly and flicker - which drives me insane.
I would recommend going to Superbrightleds.com or Autolumination.com for them. The cost may be slightly higher, but it is definitely worth it in the long run.
The reverse lights are these.. I put them in the Duramax and my Yukon. They are insane bright. I've had several people ask me about them in parking lots when I've hit unlock on my Silverado and they light up at night.

These are my floor lights... They are really bright, also. I did have one go bad a while back but it was probably 5 years old. Just picked up another cheap eBay one.

My dome light is nearly identical to this. I bought it quite a while back before led's hit eBay, I don't think it was very cheap. Mine has 30 led's in one little panel. It is retarded bright.
