Ok the reason my injector was leaking again was the Upper Injector O-ring was bad, again. I had one more left i the BWD rebuild kit, and guess what....IT WAS BAD TOO! The actual upper gasket was not leaking, it can be reused as long as it is intact.

This is the part number for the Upper Injector O-ring 3-113 (i don't know where you order for that number)
The dimensions are 1.176" ID x .070" thick....but they are typically packaged as 1-3/16" ID x 1/16" thick.

At NAPA ask for 727-2025 (qty 1 @ $0.69)
Or you can order a buttload from McMaster-Carr

Here is a chart for standard o-ring sizes http://www.oringsusa.com/html/size_chart.html

Struck out looking at Oreillys and Ace hardware.

Lube o-ring with light oil/silcone spray....place metal ring and o-ring into pod base, insert injector and align.
