Looking for 4 speed shifter boot

I am looking for a 4 speed shifter boot for my 89 Cheyenne. The boot has to be a 4 speed boot, they are very different from all the other boots and were only put in 3/4 and 1 ton trucks for 1988-1991. The part number is 15538416. I included a picture of what I am after. If anyone also has the floor cover to go with it, I would certainly be interested in keeping a spare.

I have an 89 K3500 4wd with the same shifter surround/bezel and the same broken shifter boot. If anyone has information on a suitable substitute, I would also like to know about it.

This one looks the same as mine; the boot is wrapped around a plastic clip that snaps down onto that plastic surround piece. There are no screws.
