I pulled mine and sold it actually. It is helpful but, on my truck unneeded.

Early models were on the passenger fender. Vortec trucks, inc. '95, on the passenger side firewall.

Little late to the game but not all 95's are on the firewall. My gasser 95's is on the fender. Unfortunately my other 95 with the 6.5 doesn't have one. It might get the one off my other on if i ever get rid of it.

My 94 has one. I never unwound it! I checked awhile back and it still lights up. I had no idea how long that cord was nor that the light had a magnetic base. Thanks for the info!
