I need the tool to lower the spare tire

So my truck didn't come with a jack or anything, and I need the tool that you stick through the hole in the bumper to lower the spare.

Where do I buy it and what is it called?

I'm not sure what its called but you can use a large flat head screw driver (since that's all the thing really is). But you can check local junk yards but the jacks and tools are usually missing.

nevermind I was able to break it loose with some channel locks
