Hp Dana 44 build for sas, what axle shafts?

So I have a 79 f250 Dana 44 housing and I'm going tomorrow to get a complete 78 Chevy front end to steal the outers from.

So my question is what axle shafts do I use.

I don't think any GM shaft is interchangeable to a Ford axle. The outers are tho. Check out Broncograveyard.com, they have pretty good prices on stuff. I got a rebuild kit for the outers for my axle (same as urs), just need u-joints. New spindles, hubs/rotors, lockouts. Just need brakes....

You need the Ford inner axle shafts and the chevy outer shafts since you are using the chevy outers.
The u joints are the same between the two for the shafts.
