i have a 92 sierra with a 2/4 spindle shackel drop with 285/35/22s. after coming back from drop jaw in myrtle beach my truck lookes like its 4x4. i was wondering if i can fit a 4/6 with the size tires i have. and if anyone has any pics of their truck with the same set up. thanks

Best thing to do is search around on here. Look through the pics. There are plenty of truck here and on GMFULLSIZE that are tucking 22's

Not with 285's. You might be able to make it happen with 245's.
Wheel offset & backspacing is the key.
I'm thinking you'll need at least 5.5" - 6.0" of backspacing with 22's + the right tire selection.
Don't be surprised if you have to trim the inner fender lips remove the front inner fenders to get front tire clearance.
