I'm trying to get all of my parts sources for lowering my truck this coming spring but I'm a little stumped about adding helper bags in and amongst the flip kit and the notch and anything else I'll have to do to it when I drop the rear.
The drop kit I'll be using is a DJM 5/7, and the bags will be something along the lines of a McGaughy's Rear Helper Air Bag Kit. I'll be installing the bags without a compressor or tank... I'll just run an airline to somewhere under the wheel well and air them up when I need to pull my car hauler or whatever.
The question is, will I have to relocate the bags to somewhere other than between the frame and axle where they are meant to be installed, or will it be a straight forward installation?
As usual any information and tips will be much appreciated.
