Trying to keep this truck as original as possible. I am missing a mounting bracket for my smog/air pump which is mounted on the passenger side next to the fuel pump. Can anyone post some pictures of the bracket?

Buy a service manual. It'll almost certainly be illustrated along with the fasteners and hardware.

Last service manual I bought ('97 C/K) was about $35 on DVD-ROM via Summit (or multiple other sources.

Here's a paper copy

Free download of 1984 model year service manual. Maybe your '85 is the same.

I've bought used service manuals for my other vehicles from eBay--typically $25--$80, but some run higher.

Were the older manuals better? The 99 manual I have, has absolutely terrible illustrations.
Poorly written, or poorly reproduced? I'm satisfied with the '97 service manual. Not saying that GM couldn't have written it better...but it's at least adequate.

I have a CD-ROM service manual for a '66 Toronado that's got horrible illustrations, because the scanning process to transfer the paper pages to electronic/digital files was done at too-low resolution. All the illustrations are blurry. When I complained, they sent me a new copy of the CD--with the same blurry illustrations. The digital service manual for my '97 is much better in that regard. (Different companies producing the discs)

Poorly drawn illustrations, and poorly edited.

I've got a bracket from a V8 with smog from the factory. Came off an L05. Not sure if this would work or not..

Might work! I used the 4.3 brackets on my L05 when I did the swap.
