5.7 tbi running rich

I have a 85 chevy c-10 with a 94 5.7 tbi swap. Truck only wants to start with pedal to the floor, and runs rich when it does start (blowing black smoke from exhaust). I have changed the following parts: distributor with new icm, wires, plugs, coil, egr, egr solenoid, map, iac, tps, cts, fuel...

Help - I have an 1985 C10 4.3L missing a bracket.

Trying to keep this truck as original as possible. I am missing a mounting bracket for my smog/air pump which is mounted on the passenger side next to the fuel pump. Can anyone post some pictures of the bracket?
