Grill & Headlight Question

I am trying to adjust the aim of my headlights. Do I have to remove the grill to reach all the adjustment screws? I have a four lamp system. I see two adjustment screws circled in yellow.

I wouldn't think so. Mine has 2 headlights and they adjust very easily by 2 screws, with the grill on.
