Grease for drum brakes

Since I have the drums off to paint them figured it would be a good time to clean the brakes and grease them too, whats a good grease to use? See they make a few kinds for brakes or they all the same just a diff name

They do make grease for brakes. I'm not sure what's special about to though. They sell it in those little packets at the parts stores. Sometimes you can get it in tube as well.

I have actually never used grease on the backing plate of drum brakes. I sometimes just put a very light coat of anti seize on the surface where the shoes rub it that way it won't seize if they sit for a while.
