Pretty sure its a 6" Pro Comp lift kit with the skid plate. And most likely 35" tires.

I can't tell it has 2" body lift, must have done a great install job. But the frame horns look to close to the bumper don't they?

You don't see the frame behind the bumper at all without a body lift.
