Good source for rear frame crossmember?

Hello, just bought this truck. It's in decent shape for a new england truck. The rear crossmember has some rot so I want to replace it. Took a hammer to the frame rails and it's solid fortunately.

Does anyone know of a good source for a rear crossmember? When I google it I see a few being sold by ebay for roughly $300.

Are these any good? Has anyone bought one?

Also curious, would you replace this gas tank crossmember with this rust hole?
