Good Scanner to Use??

I’d return it, Innova’s are a waste of money.

I bought it used on ebay for $100.

What about an OTC 3211 or Bosch BLF-19c or Actron 9690 ???? Based on my limited research, they are all the same thing in different packaging. I dont have one for my 1990 but am considering it. The tuner pro is great but requires a bit of a learning curve and driving around with my laptop is not ideal. Pretty sure the above mentioned ones will do live data and I see them brand new for $150ish
