Fuseblock frustration

I have a 1998 chevy GMT 400 and need help with the fuse block located on the edge of dash on drivers side. The problem : need to replace the whole fuse block and find where to purchase one . How to replace the block and where i can get wiring diagram for the truck, havel wires that are bad and disconnected , taped and want to do a check on the whole setup. Bought truck in need of the wiring to be fixed. Am having trouble finding the correct parts and schematics.

If I had to guess junk yard. But I be surprised if they still sell it new. Also is yours completely ruined or busted? I know theres a lot of wires there but did somebody tamper with it?

An alldatadiy.com subscription will have the wiring diagrams, but the factory manual will as well. Here’s a link to the PDF files, hopefully it will help.
