fuse keeps blpwing

So this is on my dads truck. Lately the #9 fuse has been blowing. It's the running lights fuse. If the fuse blows the gauge lights, parking lights, and tail light running lights dont come on when the head light switch is turned on. The headlights still work and when pressing the brakes the brakes still come on. If we put a new fuse in with the truck running and it doesn't move nothing blows. As soon as you start to drive the truck the fuse blows... it's like something moving is causing it to short but I have NO IDEA what's happening.

You have a short.....probably in one of the light sockets. Take out the bulbs one at a time and see what happens
