Relocated battery to bed and did some upgraded wiring. Now truck wont start unless i pour gas in throttle body. I dont hear pump. I replaced fuel pump relay and checked fuse. I found i have no voltage coming from ecm. I jumped that wire from battery heard relay click and found voltage down to tank harness. Is this a sign ecm has given up? Is there something else to check? Would a bad ground at tank cause problems that would tell ecm not to supply signal to relay?
