I'm considering a 6L/4L80e/Turbo setup and I'd like any knowledge on the strength of the diffs, transfer case, driveshaft, etc, and what to upgrade if needed.
Thanks.

I'd figure you will tear up a 10 bolt right quick with a turbo 6.0LS. A 14 bolt 9.5 would hold up fine. Do you plan on off roading, or is this going to be a street truck? Not many options for front diffs, 9.25 IFS is a very difficult swap, SAS is the really the only option for a strong front end.

Depends on what you plan on doing with the truck, how big the tires are, and how much power it's making. Stock equipment is fine if you're sticking with stock tires and cruising on the highway. If you plan on wheeling a 400HP beast with 35" tires, different story.

no off-roading, stock size tires but 600+ hp, 600+ft/lbs, hard launches...
