Hey guys, I have a 99 K2500 Suburban with base model vinyl bench seats. I want to do bucket seats/captains chairs on front and middle rows, so I've been searching for a donor/junkyard vehicle that I could use. I don't think second row captains chairs were ever offered by the factory, but I've found several done by custom truck/conversion companies.
The best candidate that I found appears to be a 1993, and while I would think it will all fit OK, I want to make sure before I buy it. Does anyone have any experience with trying this?
I figured I'd have better luck going this route vs. jumping up to GMT800-era seats.
Any advice is appreciated! Here are some pics of the potential donor seats..... don't worry, I'll be getting them recovered!
