40/20/40 to bucket seat compatibility

I have a 94 blazer with bucket seats. The driver seat has extensive cigarette burns in the glued on pieces of striped fabric. I’ve found a replacement seat bottom, but it is from a 1994 40/20/40 bench seat. Photos look like the same piece as my bucket seat bottom. Anyone have any experience?
