Problem the knuckles and ball joints...

Are they hard to remove?

No mine weren't, but I replaced all that stuff so I didn't care if it got damaged during tear down.

If you don't want to pull the knuckle off the ball joints you could remove the cv axle, unhook the abs wiring, sway bar and tie rod, then pull the upper, lower a-arms an knuckle off as an assembly an not touch the ball joints at all.

That my friend is a GREAT IDEA! I didn't want to touch them anyway, assembly it is!

Well now You think it's possible to finish in 2 Days.. sun up to sun down?
