If you run duals, an H pipe will help kill the interior drone. Adding resonators will also help with the drone in duals or singles.

When I got my 92 K1500 2.5 years ago the PO had installed a cheap flow master knock off. It had a dump down attached for an exhaust outlet. It was so loud my wife wouldn't ride in the truck with me. Went to my local muffler shop and had them custom bend and weld a 3" exhaust pipe to exit behind the left rear tire. That was a major improvement. I noticed a while ago that the muffler was rusting out on the bottom. I purchased a stainless flowmaster super 50 series witch I haven't had a chance to install yet. Kind of pricy but got a open box one for $139 on ebay.
