It may be fine, but for me I would not run it if the bag weren't centered over the bar, I have seen a lot of tweaked bar's and ruined bushing's from bag's being mounted off center like that.

Yeah, I cut the ends off my bars and put bushings because i have a wishbone, If i would have left the u-bolts, It puts it in a bind on the way down. Thanks for the pics.

In this scenario when both ends of the 2 link bars are fitted with endlinks and bushings , can the bushings on the axle side be removed and weld the endlinks to the axle tabs ? Im having the same issue and the same setup. Just wondering cause this would be easier for me to do myself vs notching the frame. When aired out i have about 2-1/2" before the bag will rub frame, should i try moving it as far towards center before i weld the endlinks to the axle tabs ?
