I went ahead and initiated the return on the EBC DP41273R pads, I'm going to place an order for the Raybestos EHT369H (Element3) as soon as the process is complete.

FWIW I've been running Raybestos pads at the track since 2013. You cannot beat their price and longevity, performance is obviously there too.

I'm sure bad units slip through QC once in a while from every company, but just out of curiosity when you say Raybestos Premium, which series do you mean? Element3 (Performance), R-Line (Daily driver) or Specialty?

I’m honestly not sure. This was a couple of years ago before the changed all their product line names and had to reduce the amount of copper in their pads. It was whatever they called their top tier pads. I think back then they called it their professional line? They came in a black box with gold lettering.

Just dropped off the EBC pads for return and ordered the Raybestos EHT369H. Hopefully they show up marked GG as expected, I'll post a picture when they get here.

Where are they made?

China. Kind of expected it but I was hopeful for somewhere else, which is why I chose these over the PowerStops which are also GG stamped. (Supposedly, I haven't seen a set in person) I knew those were Chinese made for sure.
