Duramax Knuckle Swap?

I watched a video about a Cummins swap and the guy mentioned a Duramax knuckle swap. I have never heard of this, but if doing so allows for the better brake rotor and bigger caliper design, I'm all ears for a how-to on how to do this. If anyone has any information, please tell me! Thanks in advance!

It's a HD GMT-800 knuckle swap. It doesn't have anything to do with which engine it has.

The tapers havw to be reamed out and tierods have to be figured out. This would be to swap onto an 8-lug truck.
