Double-DIN: 95-3003G vs DP-3003 radio/dash bezels

This is my 99 Suburban.

As you can see, I bought the install kit.
If I were to do it again, I'd buy the full bezel & try my hand @ color matching it.

I found that trimming my bezel for trim to fit to very tedious.

Trimming the actual dash to get your radio to fit will be a case by case process. Just use a dremel & only take a little out @ a time.

I'm just getting back into the GMT400 chassis so forgive my ignorance, but what AC controls are those and how hard were they to retrofit?

The knobs are plug & play from an Express/Savana van.
You just need to remove the metal ring inside the knobs.
Retrofitting this onto the headlight switch can be done, but takes work.
Somewhere on this site, there are pics/info on doing the headlight switch.
I myself, have not done it yet.

Here's the part number for the knobs.
They are one per box.

Just make sure that you shop around, prices can vary.
I paid $3ea.
