Door conduit replacement

The conduit that goes over the wires near the hinges on my driverside front door is torn so gonna replace it, are these made so one side is open so you can slide it over the wires?

Gotta unplug door harness behind kick panel then replace slinky tube

I don't quite remember but I'm almost positive it's right there behind the panel.
