Alright i was wrong, just looked it up and it is 99-00 but some parts are listed as 99-01 which is where my confusion came from, all the parts i have gotten were listed as 99-01

Definitely '99-'00 for both the Escalade and Denali. The GMT-800 Denali began with the '01 model year and there was no '01 Escalade.
