Here's a few I saw today... actually I saw like ten more but these are the ones I could catch ! I've been trying to get the two tone blue one for a while, and the white Burb is what we in Houston call a Westheimer Burb, cause these used to be quite common on that street back in the day (and the square body conversion Burbs too).

The Houston chapter of the IPMS had their annual show and contest Saturday, and there were a couple of 400 models. The candy apple red dually and the S10 drag truck are really cool(that S10 has a ton of work and scratch building in it) and I like the post apocalyptic truck too!

Some from this week....
The old Chevy is part of a sign for a motel a couple miles away from us. It's a 3600 or 3800, 3/4 or one ton, and the short bed that's there, isn't what it would have come with. All of those were long beds, or extra long beds(they had a nine foot, too, if memory serves correctly). I've only seen a few of these in my adult life; I think they're as rare as the GMC long bed half tons from that era.

Saw this big fella when my big fella was leaving Kroger (4X fuel points on Friday!) today. K3500 Scottsdale or Cheyenne trim, gray interior, and probably the AC doesn't work since all the windows are down! Looks pretty good for an old work truck though; it's at least a '97 cause the dashboard is like Rawhide's. I actually saw a crew shorty 400 yesterday in pewter, but couldn't get a picture of it. First ccsb 400 I've seen in a while....

Put around 500mi on it this week. Even used it to get a bunch of 2x6's from Home Depot.

Not as active as @HotWheelsBurban with my 400 pics; had to make a vet trip for a checkup on the new pup and cat and passed a plethora of 8-lug 400s, quite a few 2-door Tahoes; even a 6.5 one! But unfortunately no pics, I did manage to snap a pic of a cherry 97/98 K1500 taking off from my neighbor's place

I miss way more than I ever can catch! I think the only way I could get most of them is with a dashcam....I went to the model car club meeting with a friend this evening, and saw several trucks on both legs of the trip!

Sadly I don't have pics, but out at my Dad's in-laws (Celebration of life, his father in law passed away. Hell of a man. Was a Vietnam SeaWolf.)
On of the gents here has a '98 K1500 ECSB step side, with F44. His daughter bought it new, and he has is still. I have  never seen a factory step side F44
