Thank you, that was a big help and reminded me of something. I’ll post when I get it checked and hopefully have a solution.

Alright guys. I FINALLY heard back from Black Bear (they don’t help over the phone, you have to wait for them to reply to email). He said it was probably an issue with telling the scanner it was a 98 truck and the ECM being a 2002. So I told the scanner it was a 2002 Chevy Express van 5.7 and the relearn worked. Thanks a ton to all that gave me direction and information. I learned a lot.
