Anybody know the part # or what u joint I need to install a 14 bolt 8 lug into my 97 k1500

WHICH "14-bolt 8-lug" axle do you have? 9.5" semi-float, or 10.5" full-float? Both are "14 bolt" and both could have 8-lugs. With the 9.5, the existing driveshaft is likely to work. As did I, to connect the driveshaft to the 9.5" semi-float axle.I used a Precision brand part number 447

No idea. Maybe. My 10.5 uses a 1350 joint. I don't know what sizes the Precision 447 joint is, though.It's the 10.5 ff. Still same part # ???
