Thats a lot of lift. .513/.498 for the Thumpr, .522/.509 for the ***** Thumpr and .533/.519 for the Big ***** Thumpr.
You could run the Thumpr with stock converter but its best with a 2000+ converter and gears, has a choppy/thumping idle

Ive got a 5 speed so I thought I would go with the thumpr. Would I see an increase in power?

Yes, noticable but not drastic, you would also have to change valve springs too bc of the high lift.

What mileage changes do you see with the new cam? Any one running another cam they would recommend over it?
