I ran a Extreme Energy 268 in a TBI 406 with no ECM mods, I'd say you'll be fine

Yeah, because TBI runs on speed density (MAP) instead of MAF, cam manufacturers won't say it's "Computer Controllable" if it lowers your vacuum too much but, as @b454rat said, you should be able to do it.

I was more concerned about the year range listed. I know 88 is non balance shaft and I thought all the V6 were the same up until they started putting them in

They are not. The balance shafts started in the CPI 4.3 in 92.

That’s what sorta had me worried as that cam kit is listed for 85-87. I presumed it was because EFI

Problem solved. I just went with a Lunati C262 K kit...
