That will cover 360 Hp ish @ 100% duty cycle if I did the math right.
338HP @0.45 BSFC @ 85% Inj DC Based on the EBL Utility Calculator which comes on the CD with the EBL Flash-II

At one point I had mine running @106% and ~5300RPM meaning they're open all the time, had to get more pressure, LOL.

If you’re wanting to make cheap power with a TBI truck do the air cleaner lid flip, add a TB spacer, a larger injector pod, and put a chip in the computer.
Only problem with this, is you are sucking hot air from under the hood. Not cool air from outside.
Removing the restrictor takes about 5 minutes and you are at least getting cooler air from the fender well.
Ultimately, have a cowl induction type scoop, build a air box to seal the air filter to the scoop, you will gain 40 - 50 degree cooler air from outside with minimal restriction.

I am looking at a cowl type scoop on my current project, but want something that looks different but functional.
The spacer I added between the TB and factory intake did show a difference in the butt dyno on a stock high mileage mill. This truck will be getting a newer 290 horse mill in the near future, but want to retain the TB!

I have a Holley sniper and open element filter on the 454 with a 180F thermostat. I can watch the IAT as I drive. So far this winter it is about 40F higher than ambient, ballpark cruising around town.

I took out the flap in the air cleaner housing, covered hole from hot air tube. Taped over all holes on inside of right fender. Removed oem muffler setup and installed previously mentioned V6 flex hose directly from oem fender attachment to air cleaner. Zip-tied V6 flex hose to oem muffler mount. Getting same cool air from fender and its a bit louder. It sounds faster.

Remove the oval restrictor piece from in-between the air cleaner and the fender and add a piece of 4" PVC straight in it's place to the fender.

I had some leftover green 4" sewer pipe left over when I hooked up to the street , painted it black that I had , so the cost was about zero.
