That'll be great thanks. Happy to repaint the black lettering if need be but really want the aluminium to be as mint as possible.

K I’ll work on it. Some of the clear coat on the black is flaking off, but there aren’t any dents or wrinkles in it. I want to ditch this entire tailgate and find a new one that isn’t folded out in the middle. Looks like the old cowboy that had it before me forgot to drop the tailgate after unhitching his trailer.

Seems as though maybe the W/T, Indy, 454 SS and Sport trucks might not have the plate, not sure.

Very off topic here but does it hurt when you go to the gas pumps over there? Isnt the price per gallon like $8?

You betcha, $2.25 NZ per litre for 98 octane and 91 not much cheaper.
But hey, you only live once and as they say 2L is what you buy your milk in!

I filled up yesterday. I have to use 98 octane, (because of the tune I have ) and it was $2.58 a gallon, thats 3.8 liters to the gallon.

I'm actually after an original 94 chrome grill now as it turns out after trawling through all the great info supplied on here, mines a 94! Built late September 93 but sold in 94 as a 94 model. I guess the roof mounted tail light gives it away.
