+1 for the @Vikingdude method, yours was the only real one i could find that didnt just say drill it out plug it and make new one

Glad to see it worked for someone else. I had zero interest in drilling, because getting every spec of metal shavings out of the dif sounded like an impossible task.

Multiple rounds, the chisel action broke free most of the crud.

Well damn I found this too late. Just put my 14b sf in n noticed the nipple rotted off. Guessing since yours was done with axle still in I'll be fine to do it too.
