Catalytic Converter & O2 Sensor?

I'm getting ready to install 2.5" dual exhaust on my 99 Tahoe 2dr 2wd and I'm looking at a set of these catalytic converters. What I am wondering if moving the downstream O2 sensors that close to the rear of the catalytic converter will effect anything or give the computer incorrect readings?

I like the price and i cant see anything wrong with that location. O2 sensors need heat to work so it should be good. I bookmarked it my self.
