I have a 98 vortec going into a 97 Silverado I plan on sending it to the machine shop to get bored over .30 and have it cleaned up. Porting the heads. Upgrading the oil pump and timing chain also new bearings. What else can i do and keep it smog legal? I also plan on upgrading the spider injectors and adding some shorty headers.I would like to uprade the cam as well but im having problems finding one that is smog legal. Any advice?
