well i figured a way to bypass the tensioner and ac pully'
only think it will work if uve got an efan tho
just bought a smaller belt,,and works great like a whole nother truck now

how does that work with no tensioner to make the belt stiff and not slacked?

Mines bypassed but I have the bracket for the tensioner to still work and no a/c bypass pulley or anything.

yep, I've tried smaller belts on mine that I had to force on the pulleys and once it got on it had slack.

I think somebody is pulling our leg, all this time and no pics or answers. I don't see it working.

It's works, there isn't alot of belt on the water pump but it works, it's like a 40 some odd inch belt, my buddy done it on his Iroc, I questioned it too because what happens when the belt stretches, it's more than likely going to come off.
