Sorry if this has been covered but I've searched and can't find the answer.
The inner arm rests on my 1992 Suburban seem to be stuck in the down position. I'm not sure that they're supposed to go up. I've seen them up in a 1994 model with the same seats.
If they are not supposed to is there a way to convert them so I can fold them up?
