Bad shake and 0 oil pressure at idle

So I have a 96 obs with around 290,000 miles, and whenever I'm at a red light, it shakes bad and gets 0 oil pressure. help please

Bad oil pump or low oil..
290k probably has most of them miles on that engine so burning oil I’d wager
Shaking at idle could be a burnt wire, bad fuel pump, plugged filter, list goes on.
There’s a lot more info needed and some trouble shooting required.

It also wastes around 2 quart per month

Probably a bit of extra bearing wear so tolerances aren't what they used to be.

Not a bad idea to try a thicker oil to help cushion the gap between the bearings. If you're running 5w-30, try 10w-30 or even 10w-40.

In my truck with its motor, I like to run 15w-50

I use 10w 40 high mileage oil
