Put a scanner on it and watch your CTS, IAC, TPS, Timing, MAP, and O2 feedback. You may see something going on that shouldn't.
That's a great suggestion, I'll have to track one down that can scan it.
I have sprayed the intake again thinking it has to be a missing vacuum leak. Checked the booster connection, vac lines again. No signs.
Tempted to take the throttle body off and visually inspect, and maybe as far as intake gaskets but that seems extreme.
The real problem is my mental problem, it runs good I just hate how it hangs out at 1200 rpm for so long.
