Adjust timing

Hi there,
Finally got the bluedriver obdII reader and I think this is the timing, if it is, its way off and how on earth do I adjust it?
(1999 K1500 Suburban 5.7L Vortec)

I don't think the timing on a 1999 Vortec can be adjusted - only reprogrammed in the PCM.
Maybe what you are viewing is the CMP alignment thing. There's a lot about this in the engine and maintenance section of the forum. Just be sure you are reading about 1996 and onwards Vortecs and not TBI motors (which can have their timing adjusted by rotating the distributor. Distributor rotation on a post 96 Vortec has a different effect).
