Hi. I have to replace my AC control panel & while I am at it add LED's to it. Would anyone know if the 95 model AC unit is a one year only, and what LED Bulbs would it take?

Yes it's a 1 year only. Takes #74 bulbs, four of them for backlighting and two more for the A/C and recirc switches.

I seen a universal harness to use the 96+ model, any experience with this?

I don't have any personal experience but there are several on here who have... It works. I don't think anyone actually makes the conversion harness anymore tho, except maybe someone here.

I found this on Amazon, but I have no experience with it & trying to figure it all out. Also, is the headlamp switch supposed to light at night?

95+ yes it's supposed to but the bulb is likely burnt out. I stuck a 5mm 360* LED in mine, lit it up quite nicely.

All this time I thought it was just dark lol
I also found a harness on the glove box that I am assuming its for a glove box light?

I'd have to see it. There should be a light for the glove box, a standard 194 bulb, in the top right of the box. Bulb housing is kinda bare with a built-in switch.

That's from eBay, looks to be a bunch of em... Salvage yard probably your only other option.
