ABS delete on Vortec trucks?

What t did your 44 come off of?

There are options for retaining the tone rings on some 44's, but none are as inexpensive as removing the abs all together.

Yep, I don't think there's any options to get tone rings on that baby....abs goes bye bye methinks.

You could go to RABS, but I'd likely just pull it all out if it were mine.....

Abs is gona be gone. But again, would you use 3/16" line or 1/4"?

What for metric fittings.

They seems to chuck them in at random spots sometimes.

Not always, but I've been cursing many a time on a Sunday night when a stripped hex on a fitting turns out to be the only metric one in the whole bloody system....

I use the black coated stuff since I live Ina rust prone area.

Don't go stainless. It's a major biotch to double flare without the right equipment.

The black coated stuff is a nice compromise between added protection and formability I find....
