99 yukon to 95 k1500 seat swap

I'm swapping the front captains seats out of my janky 99 yukon. I'm putting them in a 95 k1500. I want the captains seats instead of the split bench. Since there both more or less the same interior design in the front will I be able to use the stock mount locations and will I have to drill new holes. Figured I'd ask before I got to far involved and tear both truck apart.
